Professional Experience

Mr. Huo began to practice IP in 1998 and joined Chofn in 2010. He is specialized in trademark prosecution, enforcement and strategic planning for enterprise trademark. He has delivered IP agency services to many world-renowned enterprises. He regularly presents on the Chinese trademark law and practice on various occasions. With intensive study in the classification of goods and services for registration of trademark, he edited and translated the Classification of Similar Goods and Services for Registration of Trademarks in the People's Republic of China, which has become an important reference book for local and international trademark professionals.
