Joining Chofn IP in 2003, Mr. Zhou is now the Vice-President of Chofn IP. Specialized in trademark, patent, copyright and litigation, Mr. Zhou has been delivering legal service as a professional to well-known enterprises in China (e.g. Wuliangye Group, Nice Group and Luzhoulaojiao) for years. With extensive experience in trademark right determination and protection, Mr. Zhou handled the application for “National Pits•1573” and Linqiong Group versus Chuanjiuwang as a success. Having been working in the patent area since 1995, Mr. Zhou was the chief of IP Division of Luzhoulaojiao and has gathered extensive experience in trademark right determination and protection, cognition of well-known and famous trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, strategic planning for enterprise IP and advisory service for enterprise IP management. Mr. Zhou was once invited to a symposium on amending Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China organized by Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council P.R. China, and is now an expert of Advisory Committee of State Intellectual Property Aid Center.
