After graduation, Ms. Peng joined Chofn as a trademark attorney in 2012 and studiedEU trademark law in Germanyin 2016.Her practice covers prosecution andenforcement, including trademark filing, trademark search, appeal against rejection.opposition，cancellation,invalidation,investigation,administrative lawsuit, anticounterfeit,IP customs protection, copyright and domain name prosecution andenforcement, etc. She is also good at consulting on corporate lP strategy and portfoliomanagement. She serves many companies well known locally and internationally.
