Ms. He joined Chofn in 2016.Before joining Chofn, she worked as a lawyer andtrademark attorney in another law firm. She focuses her practice on lP enforcement andconsultancy and also works on applications for trademark registration, opposition,reexamination, investigation in infringement, industrial and commercial complaints, andlegal actions for enterprise trademark, She also assists the clients in the enforcement ofcopyright, domain names, trade names and unfair competition. As the head of the Chofninternational legal team, she has served and represented many world-renownedenterprises, including Fortune 500 companies.
