Professional Experience

Ms. He joined Chofn in 2016. Before joining Chofn, she worked as a lawyer and trademark attorney in another law firm. She focuses her practice on IP enforcement and consultancy and also works on applications for trademark registration, opposition, reexamination, investigation in infringement, industrial and commercial complaints, and legal actions for enterprise trademark. She also assists the clients in the enforcement of copyright, domain names, trade names and unfair competition. As the head of the Chofn international legal team, she has served and represented many world-renowned enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies.
