Mr. Jin specializes in a variety of technical fields, such as photo-electricity, mechanics, semi-conductor and telecommunication, especially in sensor, image processing, transmission, display, computer technology, network technology and home appliances.

Education

2001.4-2004.3 Mr. Jin granted Master of Engineering in Mechanics from Osaka Prefecture University.
1990.9-1994.6 Mr. Jin granted Bachelor of Engineering in Optical Technology and Precision Instrument from Changchun University of Science & Technology.

Professional Experience

Before entering the IP field, Mr. Jin worked in large enterprises like Tianjin Samsung Opto-Electronics Co., Ltd and  Delta Electronics Inc for several years.

After entering the IP area in 2005, he workd as a partner at a famous intellectual property agency for several years and joined Chofn in 2016 and now he is the managing partner of International department.

For about 14 years’ experience in IP field, Mr. Jin’s practice covers patent search, infringement analysis, drafting, prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and litigation for invention, utility model and designs. He has handled amount of  patent applications. And he has served clients like LG Electronics, LG Household & Health Care, LG Innotec, LS Industrial Company, LS Cable, LS Mtron, Aisin Seiki, Aisin AW, SANYO, Panasonic Corporation, OMRON, XIAOMI, SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd., Yamaha etc.
