On November 22, 2024, at the welcome reception of the 14th China International Trademark and Brand Festival, the China Trademark Association and China Trademark Magazine, in collaboration with Beijing Zhichanbao Network Technology Development Co., Ltd., unveiled the 100 firms at the tier of "5A Trademark Firms of 2024". We Chofn are proudly included consecutively in this prestigious list as shown in the certificate below. Chofn’s reelection reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and our outstanding expertise in the trademark field.
This recognition, the second time since 2023, is based on official data of 2023 of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). It evaluates trademark firms registered at the CNIPA according to more than ten dimensions, including trademark application volume, the success rate of trademark oppositions, reviews etc. According to the analysis:
- In 2023, Chofn achieved a rate of 77.65% provisional approval in trademark applications,
- Success rate of 65.93% in trademark oppositions, and
- Success rate of 66.18% in trademark reviews.
