Criteria include trademark application volume, success rates of opposition cases, trademark review cases, and more. The evaluation model, based on over ten dimensions, resulted in the selection of 100 agencies as 5A-Level, 200 agencies as 4A-Level, and 300 agencies as 3A-Level. The publication of the list holds significant importance in regulating the trademark agency industry and promoting its sustainable and healthy development.
