According to Echosens’ recent announcement, the Beijing IP Court ruled that Wuxi Healthcare infringed Echosens’ patent ZL00805083X and granted a damage RMB30 million (around EUR 3.9 million), in addition to injunction in China. Echosens is a French high-tech company that develops, manufactures and sells the FibroScan line of medical devices used to assess chronic liver disease.
