The Patent Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted in 1984, which opened an era of patent protection in China. It was amended three times in 1992, 2000 and 2008. The previous version of the draft amendment was published for public comments by the NPCSC in the early of 2019. Please find the existing Chinese Patent Law and other relevant documents at the "IP Files" of ipkey.eu.

On 28 June, the draft revision to the Patent Law was submitted to the 20th meeting of the 13th NPCSC for the second review, and was officially published on 3 July for the public comments.

Address: No. 1 West Qianmen Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing 100805
