The selection process lasted more than half a year. Nearly 300 agencies and teams participated in the selection. Nearly 200,000 court rulings or verdicts were extracted for the litigation cases that have been concluded from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Nine ranking lists of Chinese intellectual property litigation agencies were selected, for different categories, including “Trademark Civil Litigation”, “Trademark Administrative Litigation”, “Copyright Litigation”, etc.
