Important Notification - CNIPA's TM system to be closed online and offline from April 30 through May 5

The China National IP Administration (CNIPA) has just officially announced that as it is upgrading its trademark system, beginning from 8pm on April 29, 2024, the CNIPA’s official trademark system will suspend services until 8am on May 6, 2024. On April 30, the Trademark Office Building’s physical windows will also suspend services. To secure the trademark applicants’ and agencies’ rights, the deadlines for counterarguments, return of documents, paying official fees, etc. falling on April 30 will be extended to May 6.

For your information, China will be on Labor Day holiday from May 1 through 5, when the governmental organs, including the CNIPA, will be closed.
